Flashback

Flashback by J. Michael Hunter. Published by Covenant Communications, Inc.

Laura McClain is a shy teacher who does her best not to be noticed by anyone. But when repetitive nightmares that have plagued her throughout her life, begin again, it's hard for her to ignore. She decides to move into the family estate she has inherited, to have a change of scene. But that move brings up more mysteries than those she left behind and this time she is determined to confront them.

This book struck me as a genuine who-dun-it type mystery. I liked the various twists and turns that all the characters took, and the author did a good job making it an interesting story. There were a few loose ends that I felt could have been wrapped up a little better, but they really weren't essential to the plot. It was an enjoyable read. It is not scary at all and I would recommend it for all ages from twelve years old and up.
