7/5/2007 - Rob Sanders - Ross Spencer named BYU Department of Physics and Astronomy chair. He is replacing Scott Sommerfeldt, who is the new dean of the College of Physical and Mathematical Sciences.

John Rosenberg, Dean of the College of Humanities, and Steven Baugh, director of the Center for the Improvement of Teacher Education and Schooling, are being honored for their contribution to the Agenda for Education in a Democracy.
