HEMET, California — It took Skylar Brown about six years to work his way through the six levels of Boy Scouts to attain its highest rank of Eagle Scout. On Friday, he received his badge during a court of honor at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Hemet. Although Skylar passed his board of review in August of 2005, he waited until his friends completed theirs so they could go through the ceremony together.
