LYNN, England — Church member Christopher Vingoe, who recovered from severe brain injuries in his childhood to achieve six grade A's at A level, has won the Queen's Gold Medal for Academic Achievement. Christopher will spend the next two years working as a missionary for his church, after which he plans to train as a neurosurgeon.
